Energy Fair this Wed., 6:30 - 8:30 PM!!!
The Energy Committee of Craftsbury is hosting your one-stop shopping for energy-related info with their 4th Sustainable Energy Fair. The grand event will be on Wed. 4/17, from 6:30 - 8:30 PM at the Craftsbury Public Library.
There will be over 20 professionals to answer questions and share with you energy saving ideas, products, financial incentives, and financing strategies on:
- Home Weatherization through hiring a professional or DIY with professional guidance
- Energy efficient new home construction, remodels, and modular homes
- Solar electricity - 2019 is the last year of the 30% Fed. Tax Credit for Solar
- Heat pump water heaters and Mini Split space heaters
- Low interest loans for renewable energy, weatherization, and energy conservation appliances
- Wood pellet stoves
- Bio fuel for home heating
- Electric and hybrid cars and Electric Bikes
- Programs by VEC that provide incentives for customers to decrease their electric bills
FREE refreshments!
Family games and activities!
There is also a free Community Dinner at the Church on the Common on Wed. starting at 6 PM. Have dinner there and walk across the street to the Library and the Energy Fair!
