Parade Floats needed!! Challenging all Winooski business to enter a float in the parade its a great way to promote your business and support the Winooski Community!! If your neighborhood has a bunch of kids with bikes why not dress up the bikes and their helmets and let them be part of the parade. Lots of possibilities!!

Memorial day is right around the corner and the Winooski Annual Memorial Day Parade is May 25th. The parade is a great way to promote your business or celebrate your neighborhood and community . We need floats with a patriotic theme to honor our fallen soldiers, get your creative juices flowing!!

We will have more information at our planning meeting on April 20th 10am at the VFW 6 Maple St. Everyone is welcome to attend. We are also looking for individuals and groups that can be clowns, musicians, dancers anything that can put smiles on the faces of people watching the parade or entertain at the free barbeque following the parade at the VFW. At the planning meeting we will also be looking for people to lend us a hand with ideas, cooking skills, muscles for moving tables and chairs, and so much more we would love to have new input and fresh ideas!! Please come support your city and give a little bit of your time to honor all of those military men and woman that gave us all so much with the ultimate sacrifice!
