Mother's Day Yoga

Want to try something new? Join us for Mother's Day as we practice Beginner's Yoga for 60 minutes. This is one of the most dynamic yogas for all genders and ages called BUTI Yoga where you learn how to unearth your true nature of SELF using tribal movement and rhythm, yoga postures and stretches in between, in one of the most supportive environments where our community supports you.

WHAT TO BRING:
Mat, towel, and water or rent them all at our studio. Feel free to bring a friend or child/teen/loved one.

WHAT TO EXPECT: laughter. Booming bass. Sweat. Joy. Excitement. Empowerment.

Kira Krier, LICSW, EMDR, RYT -200hr
Kira Krier is a practicing licensed clinical social worker in Burlington, Vermont.
Her philosophy of Yoga began at a young age when her father Jack Krier and stepmother Caron Krier began teaching Kriya and Hatha yoga. Her strong yoga influence comes from her parents commitment to the 8 limbs of Yoga. In 2011, Kira was diagnosed with Lyme Disease which led her to deepen her commitment to the practice of yoga. Kira in the spirit of her parents enjoys The teachings of Kriya yoga and Hatha yoga, more specifically finding her passion in Buti Yoga. Kira is a registered 200 hour Yoga Teacher with theYoga Alliance, and a Certified Buti Yoga instructor.
Kira is committed to ending violence through education, outreach, advocacy and yoga. Her passions include teaching yoga inside the women's prison, swimming, gardening and advocating for issues close to her heart.
