Thank you to all of you who have already contributed to the Fireman's luncheon. We already knew how generous and supportive our community can be but the efforts to date really affirm our collective ability to recognize our hometown heroes.

Please be advised that after further thought and coordination, the luncheon HAS BEEN MOVED TO SUNDAY, MAY 19TH. The event time remains the same and will begin at 12noon.

We encourage anyone looking to support the East & West Burke fire departments via a monetary donation to do so no later than Friday, April 26th. This will allow us plenty of time to compile and prepare the donor recognition sheets in advance of the event. If you plan to make a monetary donation please know that 100% goes directly to the fire department.

All residents and businesses of Burke, regardless if you are able to contribute, are encouraged to attend and should RSVP to sshufelt@skiburke.com no later than April 26th.

Donations to support the meal itself are also welcome. If your business would like to do so, please contact Siobhan Shufelt at the Burke Hotel and Conference Center no later than April 19th so we can coordinate complimentary dishes or desserts.
