Golden Ball Tai Chi for Improved Balance & Endurance

Golden Ball Tai Chi is a Chinese standing exercise, widely practiced throughout China which develops and strengthens the inner self by building strength, stamina and endurance. It can drastically improve one's balance. An ongoing free class is being offered at the St. Johnsbury House on Monday evenings at 6:00 PM, beginning April 15th. Please arrive a few minutes early.
