11-3 Eco-Rep table @ Davis Center Atrium: Every day during Earth Week to pick up a reusable sandwich bag and learn how you can help to create a less wasteful future!

UVM Transportation and Parking Services will be highlighting a different mode of sustainable transportation every day during Earth Week! Bike, walk, bus, carpool or CarShare Vermont to score some prizes from Chittenden Area Transportation Management Association - CATMA and celebrate all the ways that we can get around!

11-2 Sugar on Snow @ Andrew Harris Commons: Join Campus Programs and the UVM Proctor Maple Research Center for maple covered shaved ice and celebrate the sweet history of Vermont maple syrup. In its 29th year, this annual event seeks to highlight the importance of maple and maple research to the economy of the state and its distinctive way of life.

11-3 Earth Week Farmer's Market @ DC Atrium: Be inspired by all of the delicious and crafty goods local vendors and farmers bring to the this annual Earth Week event held in the Davis Center Atrium!

6:30-8:30 Earth Week Ideathon @ DC Mansfield Room (Fishbowl): Aims to bring students of different backgrounds to collaborate and create innovative and ambitious projects to resolve the sustainability challenges that UVM faces. Sign up as individuals or as a team to tackle UVM's consumption of single-use products and maybe even win a monetary prize. Dinner is provided! Sign ups to come as spots are limited. This event is made possible with support from the Office of the Vice President for Research.

11-3 Points of Intervention Fair: Mix and mingle with campus organizations, community groups and local businesses who are cultivating change and creating a more sustainable and circular economy. Learn about ways that your individual skills and passions as essential parts in a collective solution and take home DIY goodies to help you reach your Zero Waste goals ♥

5-7 pm Headwaters Magazine Spring 2019 Release Party @ DC Outdoor Stage: Get exclusive first access to the latest magazine, eat tasty snacks and play lawn games. Also, supplies will be given for folks to make egg carton herb gardens!

7-8 pm Keynote Speaker: Jill Albers @ DC Livak Ballroom: Designer and Account Executive at Interface, the world's largest designer and maker of carpet tile, Jill Albers is a champion for sustainability and environmental stewardship. Join Jill as she discusses how businesses can do well by doing good, how Interface is running their business in a way that is restorative to the planet and creates a climate fit for life, and how we all can find inspiration in doing our part for the planet and each other.

8 pm Upcycled Art Show @ DC Fireplace Lounge: The Davis Center Art program is teaming up with the UVM Eco-Reps to create an exhibit of artwork 'Up-cycled' using found materials that speak to the Earth Week themes of Extracting, Producing, Distributing, Consuming, and Disposing. Light refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be provided.

11-2 pm CarShare Vermont Pod Party @ Royal Tyler Theater: Join us for a party at the pod hosted by CarShare Vermont. Learn about CarShare, sign up, eat Ben & Jerry's ice cream!

1-5 pm UVM SpringFest 2019: Beast Coast with Rico Nasty @ Jeffords Parking Lot: This year's Springfest will be #zerowaste! Look out for UVM Eco-Reps helping at sorting stations.

5-8 pm Block Party @ campus-wide: Join UVM Inter-Residence Association and your Hall Council groups for celebrations all across campus! UVM Eco-Reps will help provide #zerowaste resources and waste sorting help.
