KICK THE SUGAR AND CONQUER YOUR CRAVINGS!
Spring is here! Well, at least according to the calendar it is☺. This means winter has come and gone, and so have most New Year's Resolutions. Oh well… around here, winter can be tough. Tough on our minds, emotions, sprits, and our waistline.
On April 20th Whetstone Wellness is hosting a talk focused primarily on sugar and cravings. Spring is an exciting time of year, but sometimes it's hard to let go of the foods high in sugar and carbohydrates that helped us survive the winter. We often have great intentions but tend to take two steps forwards and one step back when it comes to our health and figuring things out on our own.
In this talk, we'll focus on why sugar is so hard to stop eating and what to do about those powerful, must-have-it-now cravings. We'll also talk about stress and how some of our daily habits might actually be creating our cravings, and what we can do about this.
