Are you new to Ultimate? Have you seen the sport and are curious about it and want to try it out in a low pressure environment?

This is your chance! The GMDA is hosting a FREE women's specific clinic for new and novice players on April 23rd 8:00pm-10pm at the Shelburne Fieldhouse. You can be any age and athletic ability!

We'll have a great mix of experienced coaches and high level players on hand to help you improve your throws, game skills, and overall understanding of the game through drills and fun games. If you've never played before, this is a great opportunity to learn the basic skills and rules of the game, and meet some of the great people who are part of the Ultimate community.

No need to sign up in advance, just bring yourself, bring a friend, and be prepared to have a great time learning a truly awesome team sport!
