Leddy Park Public Workshop April 9th at Miller Center

Please consider stopping by the Leddy Park Public Workshop on April 9th between 5:30-8:00PM (drop in ANY TIME!) at the Robert Miller Recreation Center 130 Gosse Ct, Burlington.

Spring has sprung and there are several new projects at Leddy Park that will be underway this season. There are also some planned and proposed future projects that the City would like your input on.

The Leddy Park Public Workshop is intended to be an information sharing event to provide you with an update on these planned and proposed projects and to gather feedback on these and any other ideas you might have for the park.

We would also like you to help us identify any important plant communities, wildlife, or other natural features we should consider at the park, so please tell us all your thoughts and share what you know about the amazing community asset that is Leddy Park!

There will be several ways to provide input including: Stations include dot exercises, write in boards, and floor maps to draw your ideas on; City staff and volunteers are also milling about the stations and available for one-on-one conversations; Project underway stations will include: Signage, Bike Path Improvements, Parks Operations & Maintenance Improvements and Beach Bites; and Future Project stations include Leddy Athletic Courts improvements, New Bike Park, Trails and Connectivity.

An open comment box is also available at the sign-in station.

Hope to see you there.
