Aimee leads a Seva yoga class monthly at the Springfield UU Meetinghouse. The yogic principal of Seva refers to service. We offer this class at no cost but request that attendees bring a donation for a local organization. This month Aimee is accepting donations for Turning Point, who would appreciate monetary contributions toward finishing their recreational activity room. This will be a gentle yoga class and all are welcome. Held at the Meetinghouse at 21 Fairground Road, Springfield, VT.
