Please help support the Castleton Free Library during National Library Week, April 7- 13, by joining in the "Adopt-an-Author" program. By Adopting-an-Author you will be supporting your local library in expanding its collection by purchasing new releases by the most popular authors or new books by your favorite writers!

When you Adopt-an-Author you pay for the library's purchase of the book and in return you will be the first read the new release. The librarians will order the book and call you when it has arrived. The library receives a discount when ordering books and these savings will be passed on to you! Another benefit is the bookshelf space saved at your house. A bookplate will be placed in the book acknowledging your generous contribution.
