RES OM WORLD FINALS BAKE SALE AT RICHMOND MARKET

Please come get some tasty homemade treats and help our Richmond Elementary School (RES) Odyssey of the Mind (OM) team kick off its fundraising efforts to get to OM World Finals in Michigan at the end of May. We’ll be having a bake sale at Richmond Market and Beverage from 9 a.m.- 7 p.m. Saturday 4/6.

Don’t miss this wonderful opportunity to:

- Hear the teams’ stories of their OM adventures

- Share in their excitement about going to compete at Worlds

- Get a snack to hold you over during your shopping (it will help decrease those impulse buys J)

- Bring some homemade treats home for dessert (you’ll get paid in extra hugs when you walk through the door)

- Support a group of our local kids in an incredible life experience (Words can’t describe how amazing experiencing OM Worlds is.

Teams from all over the world come together to share and celebrate their MINDS!!)

- Keep the creativity going…..

Additionally, if any of you bakers out there would like to bring in something delicious for our bake sale, we’d certainly appreciate anything you’ve got to offer. We’ll be in the foyer at the market all day or you may reach out to Denise to arrange a drop off/pick up.

We would appreciate donations of any amount. You may donate on our GoFundMe site https://www.gofundme.com/Richmond-OM-Worlds or send a check (payable to Denise Noble – “OM” in memo) to RES OM c/o Denise Noble, 561 Cemetery Rd., Richmond VT 05477. All donations will go directly to funding the team’s trip to World Finals.

BOTTLE DRIVE: Remember to save your returnable bottles and help the team:

- Bring your **CLEAN** bottles to Lucky Spot and drop in the Community Bottle Drive bins out front or take to redemption window. If you take bottles to the window, please make sure to indicate the bottles are for the RES OM Worlds Fundraiser. (Thanks so much to Bill, Brenda and the Lucky Spot staff for the support!)

- We are hoping to have our collection bin set up behind CHMS soon as well.

- Contact us and we’ll come pick up bottles if you’d prefer.

5/12 Delivery: MOM’s DAY BASKETS: Filled with goodies for that special MOM (or anyone for that matter!) – delivered on Mother’s Day. Stay tuned for order info.

Keep your eyes open, we may get the “FATHER”/DAUGHTER DANCE revived for some weekend this spring.

Hoping to host a Friday Food Affair soon too.
