You'll also learn about our new advanced positions for Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs). Base salary starting at $14.61 for LNA I and $15.34 for LNA II, with shift differentials up to $4.25/hour. Plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Our new LNA-in-Training program is a paid, full-time position for candidates committed to successful completion of the LNA course and receipt of certification and licensure through the State of Vermont.
