I am a board member of the GMDA (Green Mountain Disc Alliance) and I wanted to share with you an event we are holding in April.

Have you even heard of Ultimate?

Or asked yourself what ARE those people playing on the Williston Central School fields on Tuesday nights in the summer?

If you are interested in learning more and trying out the sport or just want to learn how to through a disc (a Frisbee!) in a low pressure environment, this is your chance! The GMDA is hosting a FREE women's specific clinic for new and novice players on April 23rd 8:00 PM - 10 PM at the Shelburne Field House. If you are like me, and felt a void in team sports available for women once you graduated from school, Ultimate could be the perfect sport for you. So grab a friend, a pair of cleats or running shoes, and come find out!
