Gentle Spring Cleanse

When toxins from our food and environment accumulate in our body, we may feel tired, sick and sluggish. This is especially prevalent as we move out of the winter season. Internal toxicity increases the risk of degenerative diseases, accelerates the aging process, and increases depression, allergies, and skin reactions.

Please join Kristin Henningsen for a 2-hour spring cleanse workshop to learn how to safely and effectively cleanse the body with strategies appropriate for the season. This class will include a 75 minute hatha yoga session followed by a 45 minute discussion on gentle cleansing strategies to jumpstart your clearing of body, mind, and spirit.
