April 4 Ward 6 NPA Meeting

Past event
Apr 4, 2019, 7 to 9 PM

Hello Neighbors:

We are turning to spring...and why not start off spring with a little civic engagement at your Ward6 Neighborhood
Planning Assembly? The DPW is of course extremely busy this time of year, and we are fortunate to be able to
feature a session with Rob Goulding and Nicole Losh on several of the Department's near term priorities.
We also have potential good news with respect to restoration of NPA funding of community development block grants,
which we know funded many fantastic neighborhood initiatives over the past years.

The meeting will take place this coming Thursday April 4 at 7pm at the Greek Orthodox Church, 600 South Willard
Street, on the corner of South Willard and Ledge Road at the rotary. Parking is available in the church lot,
entrance off of Ledge Road. Additional parking can be found along Willard Street, as well as in front of
Christ the King on Locust Street. All residents are welcome!

The agenda features the following:
6:45-7:00 Snacks and greetings
7:00-7:15 Public Comment
7:15-7:25 Update on NPA Funding Resolution and Community Development Block Grant process
7:25-8:10 Department of Public Works with Q & A - Rob Goulding & Nicole Losch
Construction SeasonPreview/Sustainable Infrastructure Plan
E-Bikes/E-Scooter Proposal
Winooski Corridor Study
8:10-8:40 Inclusionary Zoning Discussion
8:40-9:00 School Board Update
