More lovely things are happening in our town! A Mandala Stone Painting Workshop will be held in the Middletown Springs Historical Society on Wednesday, April 10th from 6:00PM-8:00PM. This type of technique derrives from Buddhist culture, creating intricate mandalas while practicing patience and impermanence. Snacks, soothing live music, materials, and a brief history on mandalas are included! I encourage parents, artists, care-takers and friends to give this a try. This workshop promotes self-care, creativity, community, and building patience with one's self. I truly hope to see you there!
