The Winhall Library is exhibiting her unique "Pique Assiette" Mosaic artwork throughout the month of April. "Pique Assiette" is the art/craft of creating mosaic designs with pieces of broken china, glass and other odds and ends. Elinor creates these designs on frames, wood bowls, old lamps vintage furniture and other surfaces. Each finished work is one of a kind, and the ultimate in recycling.
