Join us for an installment in UVM's weeklong series of public philosophy talks. Graduate students Caitlin Morgan and Katie Horner will be at the Peacham Cafe on Thursday, March 28 6:30-8 p.m. for a talk entitled "How far should we go in eating local?" We'll share research on two farms and the model of "full-diet" CSA, and have a group discussion about the needs and barriers for supporting local agriculture in rural Vermont. Light snacks provided.
