The PTNO has to reschedule our meeting (set for Tuesday, March 26th) for starting our Artist-in-Residence search for 2020. This meeting will be rescheduled later in the spring.

We are also having to also reschedule our monthly meeting to WEDNESDAY, April 10th, 6 to 7:30pm. This was changed so all interested parents, teachers and neighbors may attend the ACT 46 meeting at U-32 on April 8th.

We are currently searching for volunteers to become elected to the PTNO board. Our open positions are: President, Vice President, Secretary and Box Tops Captain.

President: Presides over all meetings and assists in the total coordination of the PTNO as a whole. Represents the PTNO at any deemed necessary meetings.

Vice-President: Perform the duties of the President in his/her absence, resignation or inability to serve. The President presides over all meetings and assists in the total coordination of the PTNO as a whole.

Secretary: Prepare each meeting's agenda, record minutes of the meetings, circulate minutes and maintain records from the planning of events hosted by the PTNO. Weekly updates to the CES Newsletter.

Box Tops School Captain: A new position for the PTNO this year! With support from our School Coordinator (Dinah Yessne), the In School Box Tops Captain will (1) update the PTNO bulletin board monthly re. In-Store Bonus Offers, Sweepstakes, and New Products and convey this information to the PTNO Secretary for inclusion in the school newsletter; (2) assist interested parents in learning how to use the BonusApp on their phone for extra school earnings; and (3) organize classroom collection contests and pizza parties for the winners.

All interested Parents, Teachers or Neighbors (or a little of each) are welcome to attend to get their names on the May ballot. Elections will be held before the last meeting of the school year, May 13th.
