On Monday, March 25th from 7:00 - 9:00 pm in Milano Ballroom at Norwich University, the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) will host a panel discussion, "Norwich Women Leading the Way," featuring accomplished Norwich Women faculty, staff, and alumni. The event will focus on leadership in the face of adversity, challenges that face women in their corresponding career fields, and successes.

Opening and closing the discussion will be student performances from Norwich Voices. Guest speaker and alumnus Cary Brown, of the Vermont Commission on Women, will have opening remarks preceding the discussion. Following the final performance, attendees will have the opportunity to network with panelists with refreshments.
