Hello (Town)!

As some of you may know, I work at Caledonia Spirits distillery in Hardwick. I'm posting to invite you all to our Vodka & Pancakes event this Saturday, March 23rd from 10am - 2pm to celebrate the release of Batch 001: Vodka distilled entirely from Farnham Farm Vermont maple syrup! This Vodka is Batch 001 out of our Experiments in Agricultural Rectification (E.A.R.) project, which produces small batch, innovative new spirits from Vermont's agricultural and forage crops as we seek to support and collaborate with local farms and farmers.

Join us for free pancakes and organic maple syrup from Stannard Farm. We'll be giving free tours of the distillery and handing out free samples of Maple Vodka, as well as Barr Hill Gin, Tom Cat Gin, and Barr Hill Vodka. Although you can't find Maple Vodka in stores, you can purchase bottles at this event. Cocktails will also be for sale to enjoy with pancakes.

Make the distillery a stop on your tour of sugarhouses as part this year's Vermont Maple Open House Weekend. We're at 46 Log Yard Drive in Hardwick just off Route 15 behind Lamoille Valley Ford. Hope to see you there!
