A workshop on Zen Buddhism will be held at the Vermont Zen Center in Shelburne on Saturday, March 22nd from 9:00-1:30. This half-day workshop will be conducted by Roshi Sunyana Graef, Zen Buddhist priest, disciple and Dharma Heir of Roshi Philip Kapleau. Some of the topics to be discussed include: Zen and daily life; Methods of meditation; Theory and Practice of Zen Buddhism; Living a life of joy, love and equanimity; and, Finding a spiritual teacher.
