The Lake Champlain Basin Program invites the public to the final Love the Lake presentation on Thursday, March 13th, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at our office in Grand Isle. Mike Winslow, Staff Scientist for the Lake Champlain Committee, will discuss What Can We Learn From the 2011 Floods? Mike is a well known naturalist and currently serves as the Chair of the LCBP's Technical Advisory Committee. He is also author of Lake Champlain - A Natural History, a Lake Champlain Committee publication about the Lake's plants, animals and cool phenomena.
