Reiki Level 1 training is a 2-part workshop that will provide you with a basic understanding of the amazing healing art of Reiki, its history, how it works and how to use it, with an attunement that immediately activates your Reiki healing energy flow so you can begin your own self-healing practice right away. Part 2, the following Saturday, also 1:30-4:30, includes more information, support for your developing practice and ways to work with others. Both parts are required for Reiki Level 1 certification.

Cost is $150 for both sessions. This training will be held at the Essential Arts Reiki studio at Integrative Health, 43 S. Main St., (upstairs at the Carriage House) in Randolph.
