The 3rd annual Human Powered Parade and Festival will be happening this year in Bristol on May 11th. This fun family event seeks to raise awareness of bicycling culture and benefits the Safe Routes to Schools taskforce. This year we are hoping to up the ante by introducing Vermont to the wacky awesomeness that is Kinetic Sculpture Racing (check out this video to see what that is: https://youtu.be/fX3pYykbmXg ) We are not racing this year, just parading. But we want to get some of these contraptions rolling!
