Dealing with leaky pee, core weakness, diastasis recti, or just want to learn how you can have a more integrated core during exercise and in day-to-day life? In this 6-week Restore Your Core (RYC™) series, you'll learn how to retrain your core & pelvic floor muscles to be more functional, responsive, and supportive to your body. This class series focuses on learning to move better, uncovering movement compensation patterns, and creating new patterns of strength, stability, and support. And we do this without zillions of crunches, sit-ups or kegels!
Each week, we'll explore exercises and movement flows that help to build a reflexive relationship to your core and pelvic floor in addition to learning breath and body awareness skills that you can bring off the mat and into your daily life to support pelvic floor and core wellness. This class is fun, empowering, and I love to teach it! Join me!
