Guiness Record Attempt to Raise Awareness About PTSD

Past event
Mar 22, 6 PM to 6 AM, Mar 23, 2019

On Friday, March 22, at 6:00 p.m., Jason Mosel will be attempting to break the Guinness World Record (GWR) for most chest to ground burpees in 12 hours. Jason is challenging the current record of 4,556 most chest to ground burpees in 12 hours. The event will be held at Snap Fitness in Berlin Vermont 1400 US RTE 302 STE 3.

He will livestream the attempt, which will start at 6 p.m. and go late into the night for a specific reason: It's all planned to raise awareness about veteran suicide. Link to event site: https://www.facebook.com/events/373192990127587/

"The night is the hardest time for anyone struggling with depression to get through," say Sgt. Mosel . "You don't want to call anyone and wake them up at 3 a.m. You feel completely alone. So my hope is that someone feeling that way — veteran or not — can jump on this livestream and see that someone cares.

Anyone is welcome to join the event in person on Friday 3/22-3/23. The gym will be open to the public and Jason can use all the encouragement he can, especially through the long night. Please support Jason in this cause and like and share the Facebook event page!
