Westford Public Library and the Westford Historical Society present a screening of The Vermont Movie: Freedom and Unity Wednesday, March 12, 7-9pm. Refreshments served.

Freedom & Unity: The Vermont Movie is the first-ever documentary series about Vermont. The six-part film is a collaboration of three dozen critically acclaimed Vermont filmmakers, led by award-winning filmmaker Nora Jacobson.” We will be watching Part One “A Very New Idea” on the formation of Vermont through the Civil War. Discussion to follow. This film will then be available to check out.
