Shelburne Business and Professional Association, its members, potential members and curious Shelburne business people, will meet at Palmer’s Sugar House for a March Maple Mixer on Tuesday, March 11 from 5 to 7. In a setting that speaks clearly of Vermont in March with bubbling sap in the evaporator and maple flavored treats, the program will include:
• meeting, sharing and networking with other Shelburne business people
• getting the latest news about SBPA’s successes in 2013, exciting plans for 2014 and how they will benefit members of SBPA
• chatting with representatives of the Route 7 North Steering Committee and consultants on the project that is bringing together the hopes, dreams and visions of local residents to energize and beautify the northern face of our town.
• savoring tasty treats (host David Palmer has a plan for a classic sugarhouse treat), plus Cucina Antica pizza, Shelburne Farms Cheddar and local beverages.
• There will be an announcement of a special discount for SBPA members … you’ll have to be there to hear the details.
Palmer’s Sugar House is at 332 Shelburne Hinesburg Road, the first place on the right after the turn off Dorset Street. The March Mixer is a great time to learn about SBPA and sign up for membership early in the 2014 year.
