Grand Isle Consolidated Water District will hold its monthly meeting of Water Commissioners Wednesday Mar 13th at 6:30pm at the Ed Weed Fish Hatchery in Grand Isle. This is an open meeting and all members of the District are welcome and encouraged to attend. The agenda follows. Please email me if you would like any further information.
Open Board Position
GICWD anticipates having an open position for Water Commissioner. All members of the District are encouraged to consider volunteering to help guide the water system (there is a $1000 per year stipend). Water Commissioners do not operate the plant, they simply make decisions regarding issues that crop up and address current and future plans to ensure continued delivery of safe drinking water to the District members. The Board meets monthly.
