It's that time of year again. Mardi Gras! Even though it's cold and wintery here in Vermont, it never hurts to dream of some warmer weather and hot hot music.
Come to the Stone Church on Saturday, March 9th for a night of New Orleans inspired hooks, beats, and rhythms. Doors will open around 7pm. Show at 8pm.
Krewe Orleans is a live big band Mardi Gras Experience. The mission of this band is to help keep the tradition of New Orleans Music alive and well. Krewe Orleans has assembled a team of national and regional touring artists to bring the the French Quarter in New Orleans right to your doorstep featuring music from artists such as The Meters, Allen Toussaint, The Neville Brothers, Jon Cleary, Dr. John, Earl King, Little Feat, The Band and many more!
Krewe Orleans is an all star team of performers from the Trey Anastasio Band, Pink Talking Fish, Mike Gordon Band, The Giant Country Horns, along with some amazing hometown and regional musical hero's from Boston and NYC to pay tribute to the music of New Orleans.
