The annual Maple Festival immerses visitors in everything maple! Learn about the sugaring process and the local families involved through static, interactive and photographic displays and by visiting the six sugarhouses open for visitors. See the tapping of a tree and student-run sugaring operation, examine antique equipment, and experience varied expressions of “maple” through the entries in the photo, quilt square, and doughnut baking contests and rug hooking demo. Raffles, maple cotton candy, and homemade meals. Though held at the school, this event is sponsored by the Top of the Common Committee.
