To celebrate mud season, the Middlesex Spaces and Events committee, born from the What's Next Middlesex community forum, is organizing a few fun and informative event this March. The first one is THIS SATURDAY! Meet at the end of Notch Road in Middlesex and we will hike to the beaver pond and back. +/- 2 miles round trip, easy to moderate. On the way we will stop by the old cabin by the river now owned by the town and in desperate need of rehab (think Retreat! Future Camping rental!) and we'll show you the start of the NEW town forest hike created by Middlesex's Conservation Committee. RSVP to Liz Scharf at 802-279-1711 or liz.scharf@gmail.com.
