The NWV Model Railroad Association is proud to host Vermont's largest model railroad show for its 32nd year on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the Collins Perley Sports & Fitness Center off Exit 19 of Interstate 89 in St. Albans, Vermont. The show will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Admission is $6.00 for adults, $2.00 for children between 6 and 12 years old, and free for children under 6. We also offer a special admission of $6.00 per family with an active military identification.
The show will feature multiple operating N, HO, and O-scale layouts, and a 1.5 inch large scale train. There will be more than 100 tables of exhibits and vendors of model railroading supplies and railroad videos and books, and hands-on train activities for children, and free face painting! This year we will also be holding three educational clinics throughout the day, free for attendees.
The facility is handicap accessible, and a food stand will be open during the show. In recent years we have had over 1,200 in paid attendance!
For exhibitors, all commercial tables are 8 feet long, and cost $30.00 per table for reservations postmarked before February 1, 2019, or $40.00 each after the cutoff date. For exhibitors with their own free-standing display stands, we offer 8-foot spaces without a table at $20.00 each for early registrations or $35.00 after February 1. Free-standing displays must be confined to the 8-foot spaces paid for. Exhibit tables for railroad-related non-profit organizations are available at no charge. However, sales from exhibit tables are prohibited. Reservations and location requests are accepted in order of receipt.
