Fionnuala Quinlan, Consul General of Ireland for New England, is delighted to visit the 2019 Burlington Irish Heritage Festival. On Wednesday 6 March, Consul General Quinlan will speak in Burlington on the history and context of the Good Friday Agreement of 1998. The Consul General will also explore the current issue of Brexit and how it impacts Ireland.
