Book Discussion on Drawdown, Climate Change Solutions

Past event
Mar 27, 2019, 7 to 8:30 PM

Come to the Jeudevine Library for a discussion of the book Drawdown: The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed to Reverse Global Warming, edited and conceived by Paul Hawkin. The discussion will take place on Wed, March 27 at 7 PM at the Jeudevine Library.

Erin Rocheleau of SunCommon will lead a discussion of this book sponsored by the Jeudevine Library and the Galaxy Bookshop. Drawdown outlines the 100 most substantive solutions to global warming. Within each solution, Drawdown describes the history of each solution, the carbon impact it provides, the relative cost and savings, the path to adoption, and how it works. Join SunCommon and the library with cider & cookies and be part of some engaging conversations around how we each can individually and collectively impact climate change. SunCommon will offer a limited number of free copies of Drawdown to attendees.
