The Arlington Lions Club strives to improve the world within the community in which we live. By volunteering to help our neighbors and our community members we strive to remind people that there are still good people, that are willing to help those in need. The spirit of a Lions Club member resides with the golden heart of a volunteer.
Some of our goals include: Cleaning and helping maintain our environment, helping those with Diabetes and Diabetes prevention, collecting non-perishable food items for our local food shelf, our sight and hearing programs and of course our seasonal projects such as sand buckets for seniors and back to school supply drives for our local schools.
By achieving our humanitarian goals on a local level, those efforts ripple out into the world as a whole. We are always looking for new active members to help us serve the community in which we all live. We are very family friendly, children are more than welcome to attend any of our meetings and any of our events.
