Join us to welcome guest reader and local author Ben Hewitt this Saturday! He will be reading the book Ox Cart Man by Donald Hall. This is a lovely story telling of the life and work of an early 19th-century farming family in New Hampshire over the course of a year. The illustrations by Barbara Cooney are beautiful.

Those attending are invited to also bring (or find at the library) a favorite book to be read by Ben.

The Greensboro Free Library is developing a Saturday morning Guest Reader program for 2019. The Guest Reader will share a favorite picture book of theirs. The program is on the first Saturday of each month from 10 am – 11 am. Those in attendance will receive both a most pleasurable experience with many books as well as a small gift from the library. This event is free and welcoming to all.
