Mayo Healthcare's Taste of Maple evening is Friday, March 29 ---- please join us!  With delicious sweet and savory offerings from top area chefs, the Taste of Maple is Mayo Healthcare's annual fundraiser....And it's a community celebration you won't want to miss.

From 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Milano ballroom at Norwich University you'll sample culinary creations featuring Vermont's sweetest specialty by local chefs and help determine the "People's Choice" winner.  Our line-up of chefs include representatives from Mayo Healthcare, Two Wooden Spoons, The Woods Lodge, Carrier Roasting, The Cornerstone Pub & Kitchen, Morse Block Deli, Birchgrove Baking, Tucker Hill Inn, The Pitcher Inn, and Black Krim Tavern. An impressive silent auction and bucket raffle will be available throughout the evening.

In celebration of Mayo Healthcare's 80 year anniversary, all proceeds will go towards Mayo's Legacy fund, helping to preserve Mayo's local ownership, non-profit status, and 5 star quality rating.
