All parents are encouraged to fill out a background check form, to help in any way, even just needing to get on the field in the event that your child is injured. Please bring your license to complete this form, additionally if your child hasn't played for Wolcott Baseball/ Softball before a copy of their birth certificate is required. Payment is expected during sign-ups unless prior arrangements have been made. Do not let the fee prevent your child from playing. Additional sign up days will be Tuesday March 12th 3:00- 5:30 and Saturday March 16th 10-11. If you are not able to make a sign up forms will be available in the office, however all required information will need to be left with Dawn in an envelope for the WAA. We are on a tight deadline and want to get teams practicing ASAP. Registration will close March 31st.
