Pilates & Weights: 6 Week Cross Training Series

Join Laura Savard and Nate Long for a 6 week cross training series at All Wellness Physical Therapy & Pilates that combines two effective workouts – Pilates and weight training – all in 60 minutes! Most of us know about the benefits of cross training, but for many, busy schedules don't allow time for multiple workouts each week. Real results are gained by cross training. Each class will be split into two 30-minute sessions, with a short transition between the gym and mat.
