Spring is in the air!
Join our next healthy lifestyle and weight loss workshop to support changes in learning how to eat healthier, develop exercise into daily routine, and meet others who are looking to better their health and wellness. This workshop supports weight loss goals and preventing type 2 diabetes.
This program is open to anyone who is ready to make a change. Weight loss can be challenging and we are here to help.
A trained lifestyle coach will provide weekly weigh-ins and 24 sessions of lifestyle change information.
Small changes = BIG success.
Please consider this program if you:
-Have been told by your doctor you have PRE Diabetes (Hemoglobin A1C of 5.7%-6.4%)
-Are overweight (BMI over 25)
-Don't get enough exercise
-Have high blood pressure
-Have abnormal cholesterol
-Have a parent, brother, or sister with diabetes
