"If Stone Could Speak" is the story of the stonecarvers who emigrated from northern Italy to Barre and the ways they have maintained their Italian heritage, traveling back to Italy and fostering a new generation of granite artists here in Vermont. "If Stone Could Speak" will be broadcast on Vermont PBS this Thursday evening at 7 pm, and also on March 3 at 2 pm. "Every monument tells a story, of those it honors and of those who created it." Be sure to watch this inspiring film about our friends and neighbors who create masterpieces in Barre granite.
