Come be Inspired!

Please join us on Wednesday, March 6th at 1PM for the third in a series of four workshop/events around Memory Loss and ways in which the Creative Arts (Art, Movement/Dance, Music & Writing) can be a source of joy and expression for those living with Memory Loss/cognitive challenges.

Engage your mind and body in this dance and movement class and talk, which will explore memory, coordination, balance and more based on the Movement for Parkinson's program. Come learn about movement's positive effects on the brain. M Sara McMahon, MA, FlynnArts Faculty member, has been involved in the research, teaching, and performing of movement for over 40 years. She has extensive training in many dance forms and in Dance for PD®. She is founder and director of the Movement for Parkinson's program.

Event is free and open to the public, but space is limited. Fully accessible for all ability levels. Refreshments provided. RSVP to Suzanne Bennett at 802-377-3393, or sbennett@residenceottercreek.com
