Vendors Wanted - food, games, demos, flea market, arts & crafts, artists, entertainers, animal exhibits. Non-profits invited to participate free of charge, but must pre-register by phone or email and bring own tent/table etc.
12'x12' space, $25. 00 per space (Book before April 1, 2014 - $15.00 per space)
Vendors will be placed by Summer Fest committee in one of 3 areas - in front of Jay Town Hall, in front of Snow Job Sports Shop or in Ellis Field.
You will need to supply your own table(s), chairs, tent
Electrical outlets available at Jay Town Hall area for vendors. $5.00 additional charge. Sign up early for these few spots.
Cannot be used for Food Vendors. Food Vendors must have own power or heat supply.
Set up day of event 8 - 10 am, Summer Fest begins 10 am, ends 5 pm
If you arrive after 10 am day of event you may not get your assigned spot.
