The Poultney Rotary and Stone Valley Arts at Fox Hill invite local artists to enter their unique Maplefest masterpieces into the 2019 Sap Bucket Challenge!
This is your opportunity to take a sap bucket and turn it into a creative, original work of art. Interested artists can pick up a "sap bucket canvas" at the East Poultney General Store during regular business hours. We are asking for a $2 donation per sap bucket this year to help with the cost of buying the buckets.
March 20th is the deadline to return painted buckets to Williams Hardware or Poultney Public Library.
A silent auction of the painted sap buckets will be held during Maplefest on Saturday, March 23rd, 12 pm - 3 pm, at the American Legion Post #39, in Poultney. Prizes will be awarded!
Proceeds support local educational and arts programming provided by Poultney Rotary and Stone Valley Arts at Fox Hill.
