2. Discuss Town Policies, Procedures and Ordinances; including
a. Winter Operations Plan – Sidewalks, Road Discontinuances and Plow Routes
b. Roadside Mowing Policy – "Do Not Mow" landowner signs
c. 2017 Road Policy – Should it be amended for stormwater controls and be an ordinance
d. Healthy Community Policy – Signs on public property (no smoking, alcohol, etc.)
e. Internal Controls and other Financial Policies
f. Paid Family Leave Bank
g. Town Fees (Zoning, Roads, Licenses and Land Records)
