Yoga is for Boys, Too! Kid's Yoga Session Beginning 3/15

Only one week more until the 4 week session of Kid's Yoga (ages 3-6) at Sweet Yoga begins! The class is nearly full with only 2 openings. Help your child begin to understand the connection through breath, movement and body and see how empowering (and fun!) yoga can be! Class time is Saturday from 10-10:45 on 3/15, 3/22, 3/29 and 4/05. Cost is $60 prepaid. Brown Dog Books will also offer a FREE story-time for older and younger siblings not attending the class on all dates except 3/22. Sign your son up; yoga is for boys, too!
