We will be engaging in initial phase of planning with CVRPC per the Municipal Planning Grant Award. Specific task for this evening will be as follows:

"Develop a draft purpose and need statement. These statements are used to define the reasons for the project, outlines goals and objectives that should be included as part of the study and help focus data gathering."
